• 学习培训：培训生将于入职后经历3个月的基础知识学习与培训，以及至少2次岗位轮换，每岗时长6-12个月；

• 成长伙伴：在项目期间，每位培训生将被指配一位公司内部成长伙伴。成长伙伴将分享经验，密切关注培训生的成长，同时，还将不定期为培训生提供知识分享、培训及学习的资源，帮助并加速培训生融入职场；

• 定制轮岗：轮岗岗位的选择及顺序将参考培训生的兴趣、专业背景及职业发展规划，由简入深，确保培训生能够在短时间内深入学习体验充满挑战的工作内容。
