Scope of work

? Support the Central Research team in delivering regular competitive media expenditure and PR monitoring reports at regional level

? Deliver regular listening and analytics report, and accompany the Maisons in China in ad hoc analysis to answer their evolving digital and social communication needs

? Support the Central Research team to better answer the needs of the Maisons in the region

Main missions

Competitive Paid Media activity

? Accompany the central research team in regular reporting production, liaison with local agencies for data clarification and make relevant adjustments if needed to help maisons better understand the competitive paid activity in the region;

? Work with China local media agency to extend the approaches in online competitive spend reporting.

PR Monitoring

? Work with PR monitoring partner to ensure smooth delivery of monthly/quarterly reports.

? Support local maisons in relevant PR coverage analyses, e.g. channels/competitors/digital platforms, etc.

? Work with the Maisons locally to make sure that the appropriate queries are constantly updated in the monitoring to make sure we deliver relevant reports to local and HQ teams.

Social Listening

? Work with local partner for regular report delivery.

? Accompany local maisons in addressing their ad hoc analysis needs, e.g. crisis alerts/campaign performance/KOL & Celebrities/category trends, etc.

? Work with central team and partner to optimize the Group social listening platform to best capture competitor and maison activities and emerging digital/social channels (e.g. Red/Douyin/Bilibili, etc).

Media efficiency

? Liaison with the research central team to provide the expert support to local maisons in running best in class media efficiency research projects, the assistant research manager/SRE will implement the studies locally and adapt to local needs/specificities with the support for central team if necessary.

？Relationship with the brands

? Meet with Maisons regularly to understand their needs and together with central research team to provide the necessary research and analytics support.

? Organize, prepare and present together with the local partners the bi-annual PR meetings delivered to the Maisons.

Experience and Technical Skills Required

? Minimum 5 years working experience in a research environment, either at agency or client level with a minimum of 2-3 years at agency level. Ad Hoc research experience is necessary. Media research experience is suitable

? Experience of the luxury industry preferable (or at a minimum a clear demonstration of affinity with the sector)
