NPI Project Supervisor
Requirement:
l Bachelor Degree, with Minor in English is preferred.
l At least 6 years working experience in Supply Chain or Project Management;
l Strong analytical ,negotiation, oral and written communication, and presentation skills;
l Can effectively work under high pressure;
l Ability to provide leadership, direction, identify and resolve problems independently.
Responsibilities:
l Coordinate with cross-functions(Italy Go To Market/Product Office teams; Tristar Technical Office, QA Dept. Purchasing Dept, Production and Logistic)for New Product Introduction to achieve the shortest LT from product development to launch to market and 100% OTD to customer.
l Provide employees with clear communication of expectations, goals and responsibilities. Ensure the availability of proper resources, tools and escalation flow for employees to achieve outlined performance expectations. Review employees' performance monthly to monitor any special issues impact work efficiency and improvement.
l Weekly/monthly/quarterly review meeting with management and customer, need summarize overall development of projects, OTD, New Product BO recovery plan and critical issues to present to management and customer face to face or via con-call.
l Follow up other jobs provided by managers to ensure the continuous development and improvement of team.
