Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position:
 

• As the leader of EV Accessory business, which develop Accessory product plan, control development process, lifetime management and business operation. Implement Accessory programs, such as develop the multi-frequency Accessory research, promotion and other business activities;
• Operate E-Commerce shop to ensure order filled on time as well as to guarantee customer experience. Support and manage vendor on daily operation and accessory logistic status. Regularly inventory check to lay a reasonable stock depth & turnover
• Understand future customer requirements on Accessory, and undergo accessory related project accordingly
• Set up & manage Accessory sales operation KPIs, and effort to achieve sales target
• Implement miscellaneous staff aligned

 
Qualifications Required:
 

• More than 5 years of work experience in automotive industry, some engineering background necessary
• Familiarity with aftersales accessory business, more than 3 years of work experience in accessory or related fields
• Strong ability of adapting to rapid, challenging work environment
• Strong desire for achievement, goal orientation and strong execution
• Proficient in English as a working language
