1. Perform routine QC incoming, in-process, packaging and outgoing inspection according to QA Inspection criteria.

根据QA检验标准执行QC日常的进料、过程、包装和出货检验。

2. Perform QC inspection on validation/first article sample according to QA Inspection criteria, customer specification and product drawing

根据QA检验标准、客户规范和产品图纸对验证/***件样品进行QC检查。

3. Complete inspection report and submit it to Quality Engineer/Manager for approval

完成检验报告并提交质量工程师、经理审批。

4. Report any production quality issues/defect/nonconformity to Quality Engineer in timely basis

及时向质量工程师报告生产质量的问题/缺陷/不合格。

5. Responsible for issuing of NCR/CAR/PAR/CAPA

负责开具NCR /CAR/PAR/ CAPA。

6. Work closely with production department to resolve routine quality issue

与生产部门紧密合作，解决日常质量问题。

7. Assist quality engineer in resolving customer complaint issue

协助质量工程师解决客户投诉问题。

8. Assist quality engineer in establishing of QA inspection criteria

协助质量工程师建立质量保证检验标准。

9. Closely monitor and ensure NCR/CAR/PAR/CAPA/customer complain are completed and closed within the timeline

密切监测并确保NCR CAR/PAR/CAPA/客户投诉的完成及在时限内关闭。

10. Provide training to new QC and production department

为新QC和生产部门提供培训。

11. Certify new QC inspector and production operator

确认新QC检查员和生产操作员。

12. Maintain training matrix of quality department

维护质量部门的培训矩阵。

13. Assist QC supervisor in QMS training and document control

协助QC主管进行质量体系的培训和文件控制。

14. Assist QC supervisor in collecting data for monthly trend analysis

协助QC主管收集月度趋势分析数据。

15. Perform any other tasks as assigned by QC supervisor.

执行QC主管交办的其他工作。
