岗位职责：

1．样件订单检查和批准

Purchasing Order check and approval.

2. 协调供应商生产进度和交付时间

Coordinate production progress and delivery date with supplier

3. 对于国外供应商安排物流公司上门提货

Arrange logistics supplier to pick up the PO goods for oversea suppliers

4. 样件订单交货状态跟踪，确保样件及时交付至CTC

Follow up delivery status and ensure timely delivery to CTC

5. 如果存在交付风险，升级到项目团队(PM/PE/PB)以获得支持

Escalation to project team (PM/PE/PB) for support if there is any delivery risk

6. 每月汇总收货信息给到供应商开票、对帐

Monthly goods receiving list sending to suppliers for invoice releasing, and check the account with them

7. 每月未结订单跟踪并尽全力去关闭

Open PO follow up and try to close them by monthly.

8. 协调供应商和ALV内部职能团队解决样件订单和收货事宜等问题

Coordinate with relevant function teams and suppliers, help them to solve the problems.

9. 支持持续改进和优化项目物流运作流程，提高效率及节约成本

To support continuously improve and optimize project logistics operational process for efficiency improvement and

Cost saving.

10. 维持良好的合作关系与供应商、ALV内部供应商、采购、项目团队等

To maintain a good relationship with supplier, ALV internal supplier, PB and project team.

11. 完成上级主管、经理所指定的工作任务

Completing other tasks that manager designated.
