致力于新能源产品BMS的系统开发工作

2.Support sales and Project management department for technical support on customer side and

quotation work, coordinate other DnD team to fulfill customer requirement

配合销售和项目部门想客户提供报价及技术支持，协调研发内部其他的部门满足客户的需求

3.Elicit and analyze customer requirement and allocate them into system requirement based on Requirement tool DOORS

提取并分析客户需求，在需求分析工具DOORs中分解客户需求并创建系统需求。

任职资格

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical and electronics field or engineering

电子电气等专业本科或以上学历

2.At least 3 years relevant experience in developing or Automotive electronic control modules

汽车电子模块行业3年以上系统以及相关经验

3.Familiar with automotive communication and diagnostic protocols (i.e. CAN, LIN, UDS)

熟悉汽车通信与诊断协议（CAN / LIN / UDS）

4.With good knowledge of the hardware, be able to understand schematic diagram

具有基本的硬件知识，能看懂基本的原理图

5.Know the basic architecture of new energy vehicle, as well as the trend and marking of related product

了解新能源车的基本架构，以及相关产品的趋势和市场方向

6.Good skill in English in oral and listening in daily work

具有良好的英语口语和听力

7.Good communication and coordination skills

具有良好的协调和沟通技巧

8.Self-motivated, Engineering thinking, responsibility

能够自我激励，富有工程思维已经具有责任心

9.System or software engineering experience is preferred

具有系统和软件工程工作经验者优先

10.Requirement management tool experience is preferred (DOORS )

具有需求管理工具（DOORs）经验者优先

11.BMS related experience is preferred
