职位描述

Job Description:

- Closely work with key stakeholders and support on the alignment for plan, budget & implementation of digital business and responsible for reporting.

- Building strategic partnerships with the leading social media and digital platforms. Identify new-booming platforms and collaboration opportunities for Raffles Medical.

- Ensure the seamless integration of online and offline business to enable the omni channel for RMG. Develop and establish the outreach as well as new alliance relationships with brands/alliance partners/ influencers/communities to ensure new opportunities and expansion in patient touchpoints to enrich the sales funnel. Reaching out to new customers, delivering of dynamic corporate presentations and pitches outlining benefits of company’s offerings and portfolio (Services/Packages/Programmes/Talks) to potential alliance partners and customers as required for the effective value selling.

- Contribute to building, creating and maintaining a high level of engagement as well as a follower base for local social media platforms in alignment with objectives and plans defined by Raffles. Handling of various leads generation (patients and customers) digitally, funnelling to potential pitches with key corporate customer streams when needed.

- Develop and implement short and long term campaigns to increase digitalization & E-commerce traffic, conversion, average order value, profitability. Ensure KPIs and content plans are being achieved digitally nationwide, especially as they relate to support services being offered by the agency partner to achieve said goals.

- Search and review new technology & trend and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital business. Develop and execute measurable lead generation and nurturing programs using a variety of channels including webinars, search, emails, web, social media, digital platform collaboration etc. Direct management of selected agency partners within the China digital market, focusing on ensuring optimal service, compliance and top-notch execution.

- Optimize ECommerce channel website design and layout to promote a premium customer experience. Content developer, writer & management required to deliver appropriate appealing content plans relevant to the audience online. Write, develop, and strategize for online content production and scheduling. Partnerships with IT and agencies to plan, execute, track, and optimize online system for patients and doctors. Manage and promote online customer services and operations to achieve customer satisfaction and retention.

- Position & build Raffles Medical as a trusted International brand name in the healthcare industry through digital and social media strategy in alignment with our business strategy to enhance brand differentiation and customer relationship for China Market.

- Seek out innovative partnerships with KOLs, other brands, streaming platforms, etc. to further increase the awareness and appeal of Raffles Medical brand amongst target demographic.

- Establishing targets and metrics for digital marketing campaign; engage and monitor the results to ensure success with good customer experiences and ROIs and/or required adjustment to strategy or tactics.

- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify new business opportunities. Initiate and execute partnership to optimize customer digital experience with integrated digital solutions.

- Utilize social media monitoring tools to proactively analyze and report feedback on current efforts. As key connection point with customer to collect information and feedbacks; collect intelligence, data and insight from platforms to share with key stakeholders. Researching, target/identification of segments to classification of specific desired targeted customer group and how to reach them, generating demand pull. Data analysis, landscape evolution and market research driven ability to constantly deliver touchpoint digitally, especially in the social media space. Analyse, track and report on market/channel/specific target group and also outcome of programs/ services and packages launched. Track metrics on audience, content, views, and competitors.

- Fully understand digital behaviour of customers/patients, digital marketing trends, and best practice from global or other industries to be the digital marketing expert for the business; sharing best practices across teams and providing recommendation on application in RMG.

- Digital PR communications where crisis and negative news communications are required.

- Performs any other duties as assigned by commercial director/senior leadership has within the scope of overall commercial service function.


Job Requirements:

- Bachelor graduate or post-graduate degree in business studies, marketing or communications

- Above 5 years’ experience in digital marketing or marketing functions

- Experience working with social media platforms and digital marketing incl. strong affinity to big data (Digital Marketing)

- Candidate must have significant experience working with digital marketing and/or e-business either from the client or agency side.

- Language - Fluent Chinese and English capability in speaking and writing; with a secondary language depending on specific target channels and groups allocated.

- Strong digital space planning, organizational and executional experiences

- Experience in developing, implementing and tracking social media

- Proven working experience with partners and community management and has developed good knowledge of the digital industry in China

- Comprehensive understanding of online ecosystem and its relationship as it relates to delivering annual business objectives.

- Strong communication and presentation competence. Need excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Understand Omni Channel and have correspondence project experience.

- Effective Computer skills (Adobe series, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point)

- Multi-tasking, cross functional stakeholder management skill

- Ability to successfully manage multiple schedules and projects simultaneously.

- Must be focused, self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, continually

- Dedicated ‘go-getter’, hardworking with positive attitude

- Result driven performer and strong accountability

- Proactive and proven creative content writer

- Strong proven interpersonal and communication skills. Strong ability to work effectively across cross-functional and virtual teams and with client stakeholders

- Independent with minimal supervision.
