Job Description

• Be responsible for？ manufacturing processes and process parameters of assembly line.
• Be responsible for PFMEA, controal plan, flow chart and SC/CC etc.
• Monitor, develop and improve existing processes.？
• Capability studies for manufacturing equipment.
• Process change according to the company’s guidelines
• Be familiar with SPC Quality tools？
• Requisition orders for purchasing or service for method needs;
• Implement action to prevent occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality？system through appropriate quality tools;
• Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels;
• Continuously compiles with plant safety, environment procedures and regulations including proper use of？industrial safety equipment
• Plan and follow-up activities to improve productivity
• Use of quality tools in daily works ( Poka-Yoke, PDCA,？ 8D-Report )

Qualifications

• At least bachelor degree with mechanical or industrial or electrical background
• 2-3 experience in automotive industry, better with high automation and high tech
• Use of quality tools in daily works ( Poka-Yoke, PDCA,？ 8D-Report )
• Experience of Press/staking, Torque wrench
• Good communication and English

汽车电子事业部的电子产品向客户提供了更好的乘员安全保证、驾驶辅助功能，提升驾乘舒适性。底盘控制系统为中国市场提供创新的主动安全系统，包括ABS防抱死制动系统，TCS牵引力控制系统和ESP电子稳定程序。底盘制动系统为中国市场提供先进的制动产品，包括前后单双缸盘式制动器， 真空助力器和制动主缸。汽车多媒体事业部的产品覆盖车载导航系统，娱乐系统以及仪表盘产品。ATMO事业部作为博世内部供应商，提供生产装配系统及专用设备，设计和组装完整的机器及生产线。

2011年确定在成都建立博世汽车部件(成都)有限公司（简称RBAG）作为底盘控制系统在中国的第二个生产基地。公司注册资本1460万美元, 预计总投资1.37亿美元, 占地190亩，分三期实施, 主要进行汽车传感器、ABS/ESP的生产。其中一期投资4380万美元， 计划于2013年初开始投入生产。
