--岗位职责--

1. 在生产环境中安装和配置新的网络设备

2. 维护数据中心和办公室的防火墙，如Juniper SRX，Storm shield包括NAT，QoS，IPS等

3. 与服务提供商或客户端/云端协作，以建立和运行MPLS ***或IPsec

4. 使用PRTG等工具监控总部，数据中心，云和分支之间的MPLS或IPsec等的公司网络

5. 在数据中心内操作网络设备，包括机箱交换机，TOR LAN，SAN和NAS网络设备

6. 响应以解决内部用户和客户端报告的任何网络问题

7. 与服务提供商联系，以解决由他们引起的问题

8. 管理SSL VPN设备MAG2600进行远程访问

9. 维护广告运行的无线AP和无线控制器，并在办公室中部署安全的无线网络

--About Us--

We’re looking for an individual to join our amazing team in the Nanjing office. You’re passionate about solving problems, an avid situational handler has an eye for detail and extremely customer-focused. Located only footsteps away from the Changfujie train station and Daxinggong train station, you definitely won’t be bored.

Our people don’t like normal or even ordinary. We’re ambitious and we like to work autonomously and don’t like to be told what to do (sometimes we do). We like working with big companies but we certainly don’t like working for them.

We’re a data-driven marketing database agency and we’ve spent the last 15 years cultivating and perfecting our trade and can proudly say that we’re a team of experts here to solve our client's marketing problems through our artificial intelligence tools, marketing automation experts and just good people who understand our customers.

When you join Digital Alchemy as an Alchemist, not only do you work with your colleagues in Nanjing but also with our team in Sydney, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Singapore, Toronto, Melbourne and Auckland. You’ll be part of a growing team bringing together a seamless customer experience around the world by solving one or many problems at one time.

--Responsibilities--

1. Install and configure new network devices in a production environment

2. Maintain firewalls like Juniper SRX and Storm shield including NAT, QoS, IPS, Antivirus in the data centre and offices

3. Collaborate with a service provider or clients/clouds to establish and operate MPLS *** network or IPsec tunnels

4. Monitor corporate networks including MPLS or IPsec Tunnels between headquarter, data centre, clouds and branches with a tool like PRTG.

5. Operate network devices in a data centre including chassis switches, TOR LAN, SAN and NAS network devices

6. Respond to solve any network issue reported by internal users and clients.

7. Raise a ticket and follow up with service provider for an issue caused by them

8. Manage SSL VPN device MAG2600 for remote access.

9. Maintain ad operate wireless APs and wireless controller and deploy secure wireless Network in offices

10. Manage AWS network and security like subnets, ACL, IAM and security groups and dynamic routing with the on-premise data centre.

11. Maintain VoIP device and PoE switches in offices to ensure the connectivity and quality of service of IP phone
