Key Objectives

Support to complete training preparation and help follow and complete internal process.

Support training managers to well prepare training arrangement as well as logistic preparation. Help training director to complete Greater China training data consolidation. Coordinate the ainternal process such as training implantation/approval process/fundamental communication internally and externally.

Job Scope and Responsibilities

? Support training managers to well prepare training arrangement such as meeting room setting/facilities checking

? Support training managers to well prepare training logistics preparation such as material printing/tools preparation and checking/onsite support

? Help training director to complete Greater China training data consolidation such as feedback rate/testing score/training record

? Coordinate the internal process such as training implantation/approval process/fundamental communication internally and externally.

? Co-work with training managers and director to upgrade process and systems continuously

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

? Have experience in the project management 

? Good communication skills

? Strong execution

? Learning ability

? Good at Windows Office(PPT/WORD/EXCEL/PUBLISHER)

? Bachelor’s degree
