Job Responsibilities

• Be responsible for SW escalation with other engineers (system software issue troubleshooting, new product installation support, onsite support would be requirement)
• Be a consultant for customer fab automation scenario and an instructor to train FSE to be capable for SW tasks
• Provides technical support for system/service software products (perform SW quality test / track SW PR progress / make SW BKM)
• Complies with all safety procedures and consistently demonstrates safety as Lam core value

 

Other Job Responsibilities

• Frequently domestic travel / holiday on-call is expected
• Ability to work in constrictive clean room environment, wearing appropriate personal protective safety equipment as required and sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to use computer applications, including data analysis tools, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers and customer and adhere to customer rules and policies regarding worksite behavior and safety.

 

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor degree or above in electronics, engineering, computer science
• Fluently English Communication / Reading / Writing

 

Preferred Qualification

• Computer science, TCP/IP network experience, programming skill
