HR intern position( Recruitment)

南京工厂HR实习生岗位（招聘方向）

Job Responsibilities

1. Dedicate on recruiting process to support HR team to fulfill the hiring plan

2. Conduct daily sourcing on external job board to search the qualified resumes according to hiring needs

3. Conduct pre-screening through phone interview to filter out the qualified candidates to hiring manager for interview

4. Collect interview feedback from hiring manager to summarize on how to improve sourcing and screening successful rate

5. Build a recruiting master tracking report with guidance from line manager and ensure the data is to be updated timely

6. Other tasks assigned by line manager

    

1. 致力于招聘流程，支持人力资源团队完成招聘计划；

2. 根据招聘需求进行日常招聘，搜寻符合要求的简历；

3. 通过电话面试进行初步筛选，挑选合格的候选人，推荐给招聘经理经行面试；

4. 收集招聘经理的面试反馈，总结如何提高招聘的筛选成功率；

5. 在直属经理的指导下建立招聘跟踪报告，并确保数据及时更新；

完成直属经理安排的其他工作

Job Requirements

1. Undergraduate or postgraduate in the last year in university, technical major or related is a plus

2. Proficient in office and other office software

3. At least 4 days working per week in the company

4. Positive, proactive, patient, practical, efficient and good at communication

5. English reading and writing is a must, listening and speaking is a plus
