-Petty cash custody 小额现金保管

-Handle daily payments and receipts, working cross-function 处理日常财务收支

-Provide the payment information to accountant or other colleagues 提供支付信息给财务及同事

-Responsible for cash journal and bank journal.(Excel)  负责现金和银行日记帐。

-Prepare monthly bank reconciliations 准备每月银行对账

-Assist in accounting documentation management 协助会计档案管理

-Review financial reimbursement documents 审核财务报销凭证

-Log in the financial software and enter the voucher 登录财务软件录入凭证

-Other accounting work to be assigned 其他主管分配工作

职位要求：

-College degree above, hold accountant qualification certificate  大专以上学历，持有会计从业资格证书，

-3+ years relevant working experience 3年以上相关工作经验

-Excellent communication skill, English required.  良好的英语沟通能力

-Familiar with Word, Excel,  Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.,   熟悉办公自动化软件

-Be initiative and responsible, stable and good team spirit  工作积极主动，具备良好的团队合作精神
