2. 入职、离职手续等人事事务性工作

New employee on-board procedure,  resignation procedures and other HR routine tasks.

3. 员工考勤管理

Employee attendance management.

4. 根据培训计划组织内外训，维护并优化培训资源

Implement training plan ( External & Internal ), maintain and optimize resources.

5. 薪资福利的相关支持工作

Compensation and welfare support.

6. 协助部门主管完成本部门的其他日常工作

Other tasks assigned by department manager.

任职要求 Requirements:

1、本科以上学历，工商管理、人力资源管理及相关专业毕业

Bachelor degree and above, major in HR or business administration.

2、三年以上制造业人事经验

More than 3 years HR experience in manufacturing industry.
