职位描述
1. To lead Quality team to meet the quality requirement of China field and ensure that branch Quality will operate within the framework of HO quality policies.
2. To conduct overall quality control and management for quality inspectors' performance, jobsite safety, and subcontractors' standards and evaluations, and track function performance target and address performance issues as needed.
3. To control the process quality (incl. installation process, service & maintenance process, etc.) and provide the feedback of quality related issues (incl. product quality) to make sure the product meet country regulations & company's quality standards before delivery to customers.
4. To instruct and provide guidance to branch Quality team to carry out the policies and guideline to meet the government and local regulation.
5. To standardize field operations initiatives, initiate internal installation and service improvement opportunities and work with regional teams to find out solutions plans.
6. To support the creation of new improvement measures and implementation roadmaps (e.g. quality inspector job grading, setting KPIs, etc.).
7. To conduct job-site visit/audit to seek for quality improvement opportunities, inform owner of taking corrective actions and follow up until the case is closed.
8. To maintain relationship with critical (strategic) customers by conducting regular client and agent visit, or participating in customer complaints and incidents.
职位要求：
1. University degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or relevant majors.
2. Minimum 8 years' experience in elevator & escalator industry, including 5 years' experience in quality management.
3. Solid knowledge and experience in ISO 9001 QMS, knowledge and experience in ISO 14001 and OHSAS18001 management is a plus.
4. Good command of MS Office s/w application, i.e. WORD,EXCEL,PowerPoint, etc.
5. Good reporting and presentation skills.
6. Good command of English is a plus.
