1. Develop the potential supplier for undercarriage components of Mechanical engineering as Sprocket, roller, chain etc. 开发潜在工程机械底盘零部件的供应商如链轮，支重轮和链条等等。

2. Manage the undercarriage suppliers, which include but not limited to supplier selection, audit, technical discussion, dilevery release, quality performance and continues improvements. 管理底盘零部件供应商，包含但不限于供应商的选择、审核、技术讨论、发货放行、质量绩效及其持续改进等；

1. Apply VDA6.3 to do annual audit for current qualified supplier. 运用VDA6.3对现有供应商进行年度审核；

2. Issues nonconformities to suppliers and observes their activities regarding to quality. 就质量问题对外部供应商开具不合格报告；

3. Apply the quality tool to analyze and solve quality complain from supplier.利用质量5大工具对供应商出现的抱怨进行分析和解决；

4. Release the process parameter and all inspection result on side for supplier.对重点客户的原材料和零部件进行现场放行（包含但不限于过程参数，各项检测结果）；

5. Communicate with headquarter to submit all report did in supplier to get final approval for each time with English.运用英语提交所有的检测结果和报告给到总部并得到总部最终的批准；

6. Participate with PE to draft the new type component drawing and specification aligned with all suppliers. 参与与PE和供应商一起起草新产品图纸和标准的标准；

7. Trace and continuous improve the technical issue was happened form supplier, which include but not limited to process improvement and inspection optimization. 对出现的技术问题对供应商进行持续改进，包括但不仅限于工艺的改善和检测优化；

8. Be responsible for all PPAP documents approval process from supplier according to customer requirement. 负责所有PPAP流程批准；

9. Define all incoming inspection instruction and inspection plan. 负责编制来料检验相关的作业指导书和检验计划；

10. Implement supplier performance evaluation and feedback, push supplier to improve quality performance continuously. 组织月度和年度供应商业绩评价，并将工作反馈给供应商，推动供应商持续改进；

Cooperate with supplier and headquarter to handle the quality complaint in field. 协调处理供应商与总部工厂有关市场上关于供应商问题的质量抱怨；

Ensures all the activities contribute to CT-ECC profitability. 确保所有行为都有益于提高CT-ECC的盈利；

5. Continuously improves operational processes. 持续改进、优化运作流程；

6. Assures legal compliance with HSE legislation for all process activities, and compliance with all CT-ECC. HSE 确保所有的行为均符合健康、安全和环境方面的法律要求，并遵循CT-ECC 的健康、安全和环境的要求；

7. Assures ISO50001 requirements to be followed and performed.

Qualification Requirement 任职资格

Education 教育:

Bachelor degree or above, casting, forging or relevant material major

本科及以上学历，铸造，锻造等材料相关专业；

Experience 经验要求:

Three or above years related experience of casting and forging quality management field is preferred.

具有铸造和锻造质量管理3年及以上相关工作经验者优先；

Competency 胜任力

• Be able to have metal material and measurement technical basic knowledge

  具备一定的金属材料和测量技术知识；

• Be able to know whole process for casting or forging

  熟悉铸造或者锻造的工艺；

• Easy going, team player, detail oriented, patient and able to work under pressure;

  良好的团队合作能力，细节导向，耐心，能承受一定的压力；

• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
