1. In charge of making daily production plan, based on machining capacity, personal capacity and material situation, modify production plan according to customers demand ,material situation or production status；

    

2. In charge of making monthly production plan, and leading monthly  MPS meeting, based on machining capacity, personal capacity and stock strategy;

    

3. Statistics daily and monthly production fulfillment rate, coordinate production output to ensure customer delivery;

    

4. Control internal stock including finished products and WIP. Organize and clean long-term stock regularly;

    

5. Make production and planned order for assembly and machining line in SAP;

    

6. Continuously push pull system in assembly and machining line;

    

7. Continuously optimize kanban system；

    

8. Deal with COGI and related SAP problems every month as SAP key user;

9. Assist manager to do other things related to department.

1. 基于设备产能，人员产能及物料情况，制定日生产计划，根据客户要求、物料情况、生产情况协调生产进度并对生产情况作相应调整；

2. 基于设备产能，人员产能及库存策略，制定月生产计划，主导月度主生产计划会议；

3. 统计日及月度生产交付表现，协调生产产出保证交付；

4. 控制厂内库存包括成品泵和在制品，定期组织清理长期库存；

5. SAP创建装配线和机加线的生产订单和计划订单；

6. 持续推动装配线和机加线的拉动系统；

7. 持续优化看板系统；

8. 作为SAP key user每月处理SAP中的报错信息和相关系统问题；

9. 协助经理开展与本部门相关的其他工作。

任职条件 Basic Requirements

2+ working experience in related field of manufacturing plant

Fluent English in listening, reading, speaking and writing

流利的英语听说读写能力

2年以上制造企业相关工作经验
