Overall Purpose of The Job:
Experiential Marketing will be an integral part of the marketing team specializing in experiential marketing initiatives, including events, consumer engagements, strategic partner collaboration with marketing activities and other marketing extensions such as development of engagement social groups. The experiential marketing will be responsible to map the journey of brand experience and build influencer relationships. Role will uphold our brand positioning, landscape/unique seasonality and hospital locations to create the brand experiences and programs (including partnerships) that will appeal to the expectations of our healthcare target audiences. Part of the role will also drive insights from researches and development for pipeline projects to ensure experience journey driving top-of-mind for industry.
This position will deliver creative solutions that foster lasting relationships with our consumers, customers and followers. This role will be external focus but collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders and will help to identify unique opportunities to deliver against business objectives while carefully tracking budgets and results.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop creative seed ideas for experiences based on marketing strategy of strategic segments, messaging and program objectives
- Redefine what experiential marketing is and can be in our industry
- Develop and Oversee all event planning estimates for project scope, schedule, and resource requirements
- Connect and Drive Hospitals, Medical Groups, healthcare influencer groups collaborations and strategic vertical partner collaboration activities
- Collaborate with creative, content and technical teams to deliver the highest quality experiences
- Lead integration amongst the various marketing, advertising and PR partners to ensure strategic, as well as consistent brand identification
- Ensuring programs and strategic events are properly budgeted, estimated, and scheduled
- Write conceptual content, drive presentation development and present to C level executives
- Communicate with teams on scheduling of projects
- Be a student of consumers leading to experience journey insights (Of trends, competitors and culture). Listen, learn and mine insights that direct the brand into amazing places and influencer groups.
- Function as a thought leader with significant knowledge of all aspects on experiential marketing including cutting edge techniques to engage and excite the consumer
- Evaluate competitive landscape of company's competitors to monitor strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities
- Detailed budget analysis and ROI modelling; deep diving into consumer behaviour and brand awareness.
Job Requirements:
- 7+ years’ experience of proven, hands-on event planning and logistics management
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Proficient English and Chinese language ability. German speaking is a plus
- Experience working on high-profile, visibility events/collaborations with partners
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment, under tight deadlines
- A love for culture, learning new ways of doing things and being a brand custodian
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed
- Deep and recent knowledge of the growing technology landscape
- Experience delivering strong and convincing opinions and recommendations to senior- level executives
- Eye for detail, strong analytical, planning and organization skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to author and design presentations
- Leadership experience managing direct reports, while also having the ability to roll up your sleeves and work in the trenches
- Independent, Self-starter with excellent prioritization skills and the ability to work in a fast--paced, results focused environment.
