1.To co-work with chip design team to create and maintain technical literature such as datasheets, application notes, schematic ref design, etc.

2.Supporting customers in the implementation and use of new and existing products.

3.Bringing quick resolution to customer problems by interfacing across different functional groups such as design, product, test, marketing and sales

4.Supporting and training field application engineers and sales organizations on new/existing products

5.Building relationships with customers/field teams by closely interacting with them to identify and solve device implementation problems

QUALIFICATIONS

1.3+ year experiences on high-speed digital IC application support or NB/PC/TV system design with at least a Bachelor’s degree

2.Strong knowledge on HDMI, DisplayPort, USB/USB-C, PCIe;

3.Good team work with cross functional team to implement system application

4.Strong in problem analysis & report, good personal skill to deal with challenge issues from customers site

5.Willing to travel locally occasionally.

6.Good written and verbal proficiency in English
