职位描述
1、负责写字楼/商场的管道疏通和处理上下水管道、检查井堵塞和满水等情况；
2、主动做好管道的破漏、防冻工作；
3、定期检查封堵抢修工具的使用情况；
4、负责对辖区内公用部位设施设备的巡视和保养；
5、服从领导安排,包括班次调动,专业调整,完成上级交代的其他临时工作。
职位要求：
- 熟悉了解公司各类管网布置以及管路压力和设备运行状况;
- 负责对管道安装、维修、维护工作,有问题及时汇报;
- 负责配合管道抢修工作,管道发生故障及时汇报;
- 经常巡视管路运行状态,并做好巡视记录。
