               System Test Leader -> Passive Safety Engineering Manager Job dimensions This position will focus on system test related work for example system test cases creation, system test execution and failure analysis.   Accountabilities Support GEE Passive ECU System test Activity. 1.      Create system test cases and script 2.      System test execution. 3.        Activities -       Review customer requirements and system requirements; provide review comments -       Base on system requirements to create system test cases to cover all the requirements -       Execute system test, create OPs when find issues; -       Create test report after finished test -       Do system test review, trace OPs, make sure the team understand the OPs and OPs are closed; -       Do failure analysis with system, SW, HW and application team Internal/external contact Internal: System test Engineer, System test Leader, System Engineer, Software Engineer, Application Engineer, Hardware Engineer, Project Manager. External: customer engineer.   Qualifications / experience required Key Competencies: 1.      Good knowledge of CAN bus related ISO spec; 2.      Good knowledge with Vector Tool sets: CANoe, CANalyzer and CAN DIVA; 3.      Good understanding of electronic circuits; 4.      Knowledge of measurement equipment (Oscilloscopes, Generators, etc...); 5.      Knowledge of embedded systems; 6.      Knowledge of development products of automotive industry is an advantage. 7.      Willing to learn and develop, highly analytical, self-starter as well as decisive. 8.      Self-motivation and good interpersonal skills;   Education: Bachelor or above in Electronics Engineering or Computer science and technology or Communication engineering. English: CET-4 and above, good reading, writing and talking. Experience: 3 years or above in electronics product test engineering role. 9.      Attributes: Motivated, dedicated and spontaneous.
