A.出口业务相关

-在与产品管理团队进行技术确认后，根据URS（用户需求规范）为客户准备商业报价。

-与印度，东南亚，欧洲等地区的其他菲特子公司协调价格和合同

-监控、跟进并预测业务前景

-确认订单（内容，交货时间表，商业条款）并将配置数据录入SAP

-监控项目执行的进度以及协调在订单执行阶段发生的需求变更

-根据商定的付款期限跟进客户的付款。

-根据盈利能力向姊妹公司提出佣金;标准化和优化佣金流程并向姐妹公司收取佣金和安装费

-处理内部客户的索赔并在组织内部进行沟通协调

-维护销售信息数据库（例如折扣调查，订单丢失分析）并合理运用销售工具（例如success story，FAB）

-安排并照顾国外客户的拜访

-支持海外销售团队在销售过程中提出的任何其他特殊要求

B.出口备件业务

-与其他Fette子公司和客户一起监控和处理备件，服务和培训。

C.营销活动的支持

-协助支持国外的活动/交易展览/展览，协调机器规划并商定商业条款。

-在展览会上收集客户信息，并转发给海外姊妹公司。

D.出口销售管理主管分配的其他任务

岗位要求：

1. 本科以上，国际贸易，国际法等相关专业优先

2. 杰出的英语听说读写能力，有海外交流经验者优先

3. 优秀的抗压能力，能适应国内外对接时差

4. 工作认真努力，有极强的责任心。

Job Description：

A. Export machine business

- Prepare commercial offer for customer based on URS (User Requirement Specification) after technical clarification with Product Management Team.

- Coordinating pricing & contracts with other Fette subsidiaries in India, SEA , Eroupe…

- Monitor and follow up with opportunity forecasting to business perspective and outlook

- Order clarification (content, delivery schedules, commercial terms) and input of configuration into SAP

- Monitor the execution of project and process change orders during order processing

- Follow up payment from customer based on agreed payment term.

- Propose commission to sister company based on profitability performance. Standardize & optimize commission process

Reimburse commission & installation charge to sister company

- Process claims from internal customer and coordinate within the organization

- Maintain the database of sales information (e.g. discount survey, lost order analysis) and initiate sales tools (e.g. success story, FAB)

- Arrange and take care of foreign customer visit

- Support on any other special request in sales process raised by overseas sales team

B. Export spare part business

- Monitor and process spare part, service and trainings with other Fette subsidiaries and customer.

C. Support of marketing events

- Support event/trading show/exhibition held in foreign countries. Coordinate planning of machine and negotiate commercial terms.

- Collect customer information in exhibition and forward to overseas sister company.

D. Other tasks assigned by Export Sales Admin Supervisor

Requirements:

1. Full-time Bachelor or above, international trade, international law and other related majors preferred.

2. Excellent English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing , overseas exchange experience is preferred

3. Excellent pressure resistance, be able to adapt to the time difference at home and abroad

4. Work hard and have a strong sense of responsibility.

Fette Compacting (China) Co., Ltd. is 100% invested by Fette Compacting GmbH. Total investment is over 18 Mio. USD. Fette covers all products in tableting technology, from tablet presses to peripherals and tableting tools. We also provide all services related to machinery and equipment, such as spare parts supply, installation, system upgrades, technical field service, generic term for our process related services which includes our training programs, compression trials, as well as application / OEE consulting and Engineering. All P-Series(P1010/P2020/P3030) produced in Fette Compacting China passed the “CE” certification, to ensure that the products meet the requirements of EU regulations and standards from all aspects.
