JOB SUMMARY

In charge of the accounting procedure related to check payment request and arrange online payment, bookkeeping, reconciliation and tax filing.  Process documentation, maintain update records and produce relevant reports.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• In charge of checking staff reimbursement, store petty cash reimbursement and 3rd party payment request to make sure correct and reasonable payment with sufficient supporting documents.
• Ensure bank daily positions and cash flow projections are accurately reflected and reported.
• AP bookkeeping in KingDee for 3rd party payment.
• Verify VAT invoice and reconcile input VAT on monthly basis.
• Bookkeeping for the transaction of Non-merchandise importing into China.
• Prepare account breakdown report after monthly closing.
• Handle withholding tax filing and payment settlement for trade in service.
• Handle tax filing and financial report for branch office in monthly, quarterly and yearly basis and various governments requirements.
• Assist in new branch office setup related work for tax & bank register.
• Assist in annual audit, provide respective information and ensure information given are true and accurate.
• Backup for other team member during their absence and support ad-hoc tasks assigned by team leader.
• Other ad hoc projects upon necessary.
