Responsibilities:

-     Participate in the new project development, organization and implementation of the APQP, PPAP of new product projects

-     Responsible for control plan, test instruction preparation, review and update

-     Submit quality documents to the customers if required, and involve in the control of the sample

-     Responsible for releasing production process and testing equipment

-     Involve in the product release

-     Involve in the new equipment and tooling acceptance work

-     Participate in the quality of risk assessment, understanding and transforming the customer's quality requirements in the course of the project

-     Periodic return on the project quality status and timely warning for each phase

-     Understand and follow-up design change, new drawing, part list and train related persons

-     Support after sales to analyze product defect according to quality complaints from customers

Requirements:

-     Bachelor or college degree with engineering background

-     At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing fields, experience of quality planning in project is preferred

-     Familiar with APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA and other quality tools, familiar with TS16949/VDA6.1/VDA6.3 is preferred

-     Proven working experience in software quality assurance preferred

-     Good communication skills and an excellent team-worker

-     Ability in coordination, communication and problem-solving

-     Good English both in spoken and written
