-Bachelor degree or above in major of Computer Science or related
-Min 10 years experience in software development or testing project with over 6 years in project and people management
-Excellent people management and strong project management skills with experience in large scale project management of 100-200 members will be preferred
-Strong communication and coordination skills with excellent English
