Title: Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) – Senior Associate

Location：Dalian

Key Word： Automation VBA developer 自动化 VBA 开发 Excel

Responsibilities

§ Accomplish improvement and innovations in centre wide quality, including:

§ Improve processes actively by MS Office VBA programming to advance the automation level

§ Familiarize and participate in various finance processes, identify and analyze the potential improvements

§ Utilize available data source and well organize necessary files and reports

§ Perform both qualitative and quantitative analysis of processes

§ Propose improvement recommendations supported by adequate analysis to process manager

§
Requirements
Experience

§ 3 years + Experience in BPO companies preferred.

§ Experience in projects of process improvements preferred.

Knowledge

§ Proficient in MS Office VBA programming.

§ Excellent skills in Excel and Access applications.
