数据分析专员/ Database Marketing Management Specialist

Location: Dalian

Key Responsibilities:

· Co-ordinate the execution of the direct mail program. This will involve working with external suppliers (language translation agencies, content development suppliers, print production; fulfilment houses) through to final dispatch.

· Responsible for supplier invoice management

· Respond to data mining and segmentation requests

· Coordination of database activities from initiation through to implementation and analysis

· Responsible for database and direct mail program reporting and ROI tracking

· Drive regular database enhancements and updates

· Coordination of database contact administration and monthly uploads

Requirements:

1. 本科或以上学历；

2. 英语口语流利；

3. 4年以上外企工作经验，BPO行业优先考虑；

4. 数据管理及分析经验，市场分析方面经验优先；（data reporting and analysis）

5. 精通Excel；

6. 优秀的沟通能力和客户服务意识。
