工作职责：

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare the preventive maintenance plan for HVAC system

- Lead the preventive and repair maintenance for all HVAC system

- Ensure the existing HVAC system running in a reliable way

- Optimize the HVAC system put into use

- Draft the user specification for maintenance and project work

- Lead or support the Engineering team to implement the HVAC design

- Estimate the HVAC cost for maintenance and project budget

- Supervise the project construction phase regarding the HVAC aspect

- Evaluate the HVAC equipment vendor and maintenance HVAC vendor list

- Keep all HVAC document in track for maintenance and project

Qualifications Required

- Bachelor's degree or above with the education major of HVAC

- Mini. 8 years of working experience in field of HVAC, chemical or other industry project experience is preferred.

- Familiar with the principals and procedures of project management.

- Knowledge and experience of HVAC facility management.

- Effective communication skills in English (oral and writing) are mandatory.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of CAD and SAP would be helpful

- Ability and willingness for domestic travel
