Be responsible for driving detailed test case requirements and definition. He/She will work closely with Requirements Engineering, Cluster, Product Development Engineers and others.

职责描述：
1. Lead coordination of the establishment of test case requirements derivied from design requirements.
2. He/She has ultimate reponsibility for ensuring the quality of test case requirement mitigating turnbacks which may occur during product verification/validation.
3. Be responsible to drive improved quality of requirements while leveraging existing standard work the harmonization,design guidelines,templates and design process.
4. Be responsible of translating design requirements into high quality test case requirements.
5. He/She coordinates the test case requirements efforts on a global basis supporting R&D teams during product development.
6. Establishing and maintaining high quality detailed design requirements derived from customer/market defined features.
7. Coordinate the creation of functional, non-functional and interface requirements across clusters, PDC's and core matrixed development team.
8. Clearly communicating with global key stakeholders.


任职要求：
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computing Science with at least two years of embedded product experience within comples systems(perferably within a code driven industry)
Hands-on experience with requirements generation and tracing tools. Experience in model based documentation(e.g. UML Diagrams).
Fluent English, additional languages are advantageous. Excellent communication,written and collaboration skills.
Familiar with CAD (SOLIDWORKS, PRO-E, AUTO-CAD, etc.), Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
