职位描述
Job Description
1. Proactively recruit new qualified partners
2.Proactively lead a joint partner planning process to define performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones
3.Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources
4.Direct sales to large enterprise
5.Coordinate the involvement of company personnel in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
6.Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis
7.Meet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives in territory
8.Achieve revenue goals for region
Job Requirements:
1.At least 3 years of experience in direct sales to large enterprise customers, with proven, successful track record of generating revenue and closing business
2.A strong understanding of the industrial products and Channel Sales
3.Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or Marketing preferred
4.Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations.
5.Experience in selling to End Users
6.Self--motivated, learning skills, independent, knows how to take project from a-z
7.Good English oral and written skill
8.CRM expertise – an advantage
9.Excellent presentation and phone & email communications skills
10.Travel required
