Results / Objectives to Be Accomplished: 完成目标： 

 Saving cost and make profit for company by process improvement；

 通过工艺改进为企业节省开支，并创建收益；

 Ensure none safety issue when process development;. 确保在工艺开发过程中不发生任何安全事故； 

 Ensure Maintain high customer satisfaction level . 确保项目部门满意度处于较高水平； 

 Ensure solve all kind of process problem in time and high efficiency 确保有效及时的解决各类工艺问题 

 Ensure finish process improvement and new product development in time; 确保工艺改进及产品开发能准时完成 Ensure all the process document are accuracy, completely, and no one lose or disembosom 确保工艺文件准确、完整、无丢失泄露现象；       

 Skills / Competencies:

 Experience working in a foundry, preferable lost foam-casting foundry. 铸造厂的工作经验，消失模厂优先。

Willing to learn and take new challenge; 愿意接触新的技术，学习和接受新的挑战； Personality: Good teamwork, organized, self driving，willing to learn and attention to details. 

 好的团队合作精神，有条理，积极，愿意学习，注重细节；     

 Training & Experience: 培训和经验 Diploma or bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent 本科或以上工程设计和相关专业背景； Familiar whit 3D and 2D software. 熟悉3D and AutoCAD软件。

Scope of Responsibility:

职责范围： 

 Right for method design and engineer change； 

 所有产品工艺设计及变更的职责； 

 Right for monitor process disciplinary； 

 对工艺执行纪律的监督职责
