岗位描述 YOUR TASKS

1. Responsible for the new product development, and lead the project team to realize the product at reasonable Q/C/T.

2. Make and stick to the time schedule.

3. Audit and improve the work of developing phase.

4. Trace and audit each milestone.

5. Assign and coordinate the task to the members of the team.

6. Handle the customer requirements and complaints.

7.Responsible for Hella Project management system maintenance with team , like HPM, MDR, salesforce ,etc.

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, major in Design or plastics technology

2. At least 5 years working experince in Project Management.

3. Good Communication skill and leadership.

4. Experince in (complex)mechatronics products and automotive knowhow.

5. Knowledge in Design systematic.

6. Proficient English both in spoken and written (German is preferred )
