1. 负责各项原材料的检验，包括检验的安排、实施、报告的出具，异常数据的分析与供应商的沟通协调后续措施
-Be responsible for IQC, including planning、managing the tests and reporting, communicate with supplier for the quick corrective actions and root cause analysis if there is unconformity.
2.负责供应商现场审核、管理、报告的出具及后续改善措施的追踪认证
-Be responsible for supplier on-site assessment, management, report issuance, CAP tracking and certification
3. 负责实验室OTLA和MTPR各项测试包括检验的安排、实施、报告的出具、异常数据的分析
-Be responsible for OTLA and MTPR test, including planning、managing and reporting,root cause analysis if there is unconformity.
4. 针对线上质量数据异常分析
-Do the corrective actions and root cause analysis if there is unconformity on the production line.
5. 负责成品的出货检验，包括检验的安排、实施、报告的出具，异常数据的分析
-Be responsible for FQC(GTD),including planning、managing the tests and reporting, root cause analysis if there is unconformity.
6. 负责实验器具的校验和实验室5s工作
-Be responsible for the 5s in the lab & IQC area and equipment calibration tasks.
7. 负责质量与实验室相关的持续改进项目，支持问题解决氛围在工厂内的培养
-Be responsible for the CI tasks related to quality & lab area, support to usage of problem solving method internal.
8. HRP QA审核相关工作，负责实验室相关的审核，整改问题的实施
-Organize and follow the HRP & QA issue, be responsible for the related assessments about lab and the cap.
