Job description /岗位描述

1. 负责电气,机械设备的日常维修和改造;

   Responsible for daily maintenance of electrical and mechanical machine;

2. 根据设备保养计划全面完成设备的保养工作安排;

   Implement machine maintenance according to PM plan;

3. 配合设备工程师完成设备的改造工作;

   Support engineer to finish machine improvement;

4. 配合项目工程师完成新项目的导入,安装和调试.

   Support project engineer to finish new project transfer, installation and debugging.

5. 能够适应翻班工作;

   Can adapt to the night shift work.

Necessary requirements /必须具备的要求

1. 电子,电气,机械,自动化专业;

   Mayor in electron, electric, automatization;

2. 两年以上电气,机械设备维修经验;

   Over two year work experience in machine maintenance of electrical and mechanical machine;

3. 有电气,机械设备改造经验;

   Experience in machine improvement of electrics and mechanical machine;

4. 根据图纸、图纸修改草图和样品和/或文件制造复杂备件 ；

   Manufacturing of complex spare parts according to drawings, sketches and samples and/or documenting modifications of drawings

5. 有电工操作证;

High and low voltage certificate;

1. 电子,电气行业优先;

   Priority in electron and electric industry;

2. 35岁以下；

   Below 35 age

   能够使用仪器分析诊断复杂的设备

   Analyzing and diagnosing faults by means of diagnostic systems and specifying malfunctions of complex

3. 协助测试和优化全自动和半自动专用机器和设备 机电和电子控制系统

   Assisting in the testing and optimization of fully and semi-automatic special machines and equipment with electromechanical and electronic control systems

4. 记录在计算机支持的维修系统中执行的工作（反馈、损坏代码， 故障描述）

   Documenting the work carried out in the computer-supported servicing system (feedback, damage code, fault description)
