Job Description

• Organize regular System CIP workshop within the VS / function
• Support plant level system CIP workshop via documentation preparation
• Lead CIP projects within VS / functions
• Coach / Follow up / support CIP projects which are included in internal blue list
• Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of Point-CIP, to speed up problem solving and target condition attainment/stabilization
• Find possible improvement point and support the VS / function to do the CIP
• Be part time trainer on Lean related topics
• Promote standard BPS tools from central BPS office
• Process confirmation for BPS related standard
• Support on BPS maturity cross assessment, conduct regular self-assessment to know the situation

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
• At least 3 years experience in Lean Production, IE, Continuous Improvement
• Moderator skill
• Lean production know-how
• Good English and communication skill
• Good team work skill

2011年确定在成都建立博世汽车部件(成都)有限公司（简称RBAG）作为底盘控制系统在中国的第二个生产基地。公司注册资本1460万美元, 预计总投资1.37亿美元, 占地190亩，分三期实施, 主要进行汽车传感器、ABS/ESP的生产。其中一期投资4380万美元， 计划于2013年初开始投入生产。
