Job qualification工作职责

1. 全面负责园区的运营管理工作。

Fully responsible for the operation and management of the campus

2. 根据园区的经营策略、教学方向，制定审核幼儿园的经营办学方案、总体工作计划、监督计划实施、考核办学效果；

According to the business strategy and teaching direction, make and audit the kindergarten's business running program, overall work plan, supervise the implementation of the plan and evaluate the school running effect.

3. 负责与集团总部、社区和其他单位的沟通协调；负责新开园各项筹备与组织工作，制订幼儿园年度、学期人员编制计划和各项预算，报集团审核通过后组织实施；

Responsible for communication and coordination with group headquarters, community and other units; Responsible for the preparation and organization of the newly opened kindergarten, the preparation of annual and semester staff plans and various budgets of the kindergarten, and the organization and implementation after the approval of the group.

4. 积极宣传和推广幼儿园品牌、教育宗旨和办学理念，贯彻执行国家有关法律、法规，坚持依法办园；

Actively propagandize and promote the kindergarten brand, educational purpose and school-running philosophy, carry out relevant national laws and regulations, adhere to the law to run the kindergarten.

5. 负责中、外籍教师团队的建设。负责计划、组织、指导、检查幼儿园的日常管理工作，保证各项目标的实现；

Responsible for the construction of Chinese and foreign teachers team.Responsible for planning, organizing, guiding and inspecting the daily management of the kindergarten to ensure the realization of various goal.

6. 指导开展教学研究，不断开发完善教学课程，使课程合理化、科学化；

Guide the development of teaching research, constantly develop and improve the teaching curriculum, make the curriculum reasonable, scientific.

7. 具有很强的招生能力，根据集团年度、学期招生计划，完成招生任务。

Strong enrollment ability, according to the group annual, semester enrollment plan, completes the enrollment task

8. 负责教职工绩效考核与评定，不断加强教职工队伍教学和服务水平；

In charge of staff performance assessment and assessment, constantly strengthen the teaching and service level of staff

9. 通过各种渠道主动与家长沟通，对家长的要求、意见、建议做出及时处理，为每位家长提供专业咨询和服务，帮助解决家庭中保教的一些问题和困惑；

10. 定期召开园内工作例会，总结和安排幼儿园各项工作。

11. 加强与政府教育主管部门、幼教行业的交流与联络，为幼儿园的发展创造良好的外部环境。

Strengthen the exchange and contact with the government education authorities and the preschool education industry to create a good external environment for the development of kindergartens.

Knowledge and skills任职要求

1. 符合国家规定的幼儿园园长的任职资格要求（持有幼儿教师资格证、园长资格证等）全日制本科及以上学历，学前教育或教育学相关专业，有留学经历、海外教育背景的优先录用；

Meet the requirements for the qualification of kindergarten head stipulated by the state(holding preschool teacher qualification certificate, principal qualification certificate, etc.), full-time bachelor degree or above, major in preschool education or pedagogy with overseas study experience and education background is preferred;

2. 拥有有3年以上大型公立幼儿园、民办幼儿园或国际幼教机构担任过幼儿园园长或副园长职务

More than 3 years' experience as principal or deputy principal in large public kindergartens, private kindergartens or international preschool education institutions

3. 熟悉本市学前教育领域发展特点，熟悉本市幼教行业运行情况及相关法律、法规；

Familiar with the development characteristics of the preschool education field, the operation of the preschool education industry and relevant laws and regulations;

4. 有高端双语或国际幼儿园新园筹建开园经验；

Experience in planning and opening a new high-end bilingual or international kindergarten;

5. 能用中、英双语进行流利的沟通和有较好的中、英文写作能力;

Be able to communicate fluently in both English and Chinese and have good writing skills.

6. 有园长证，至少担任过1家幼儿园园长

Have principal certificate, at least served as a kindergarten principal

7. 熟悉幼儿园各项工作流程, 精通幼儿园年检、等级评估工作等具体事项；

Be familiar with various working procedures of kindergarten, and be proficient in annual inspection, grade evaluation and other specific matters of kindergarten

8. 具备良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通协调能力。

Have good team spirit, strong communication and coordination ability

9. 具有良好的个人品质及修养，诚信，具有高度的工作热情，极强的责任心和敬业精神；

With good personal quality and accomplishment, integrity, with a high degree of enthusiasm, a strong sense of responsibility and dedication

10.有较强的领导能力、判断协调能力，组织执行能力，分析总结能力，自省与自我修正能力；

11. 热爱幼儿教育事业，有较高的儿童观、教育观和专业理论水平。

南京凯斯御钟山幼儿园基本情况介绍
园所位置：
幼儿园位于环陵路101-1号，地处风景优美、景色秀丽的钟山风景区核心地段，为复地御钟山高端住宅区配套的一所“会所式”幼儿园，外观为一栋独栋的法式宫廷建筑，被钟山高尔夫、紫园、帝豪等众多高端住宅区所簇拥。

园所环境：
南京市凯斯御钟山幼儿园是Kids ‘R’ Kids品牌旗下，在中国南京设立的一所直营园。我园建筑面积 4200平米（建筑3100平米，车库1100平米）、户外活动场地 3600 平米，严格按照美国KRK装修质量标准设计打造，园内班级设置为每半岁为一个年龄段，共开设10个班级。精心打造各类功能室，设有“音体活动室”、“感统训练室”、“科学探索室”、“多媒体教室”、“美术馆”、“图书馆”、“建构馆”、“生活馆”等。

班级设置：
幼儿园总共设置10个班级，2016年9月计划开放3个教室，分别为1—2岁班、2—3岁班、3—4岁班，视招生情况会逐渐增加班级。

南京文思荟智育儿园基本情况介绍
园所位置：
园区位于中航金城一号。
 
园所环境：
我园建筑面积1600平米、户外活动场地400平米，參照美国高端0-6岁托育机构的装修质量标准，并结合中国教育部颁发的《江苏省学前教育条例》&《江苏省幼儿园办园标准及评估细则》&中国文化及生活习惯进行空间划分，全园开设8个班级。精心打造各类功能室和配有空气净化系统的室内活动空间，设有“音体活动室”、“科学建构室”、“阅读室”、“幼儿餐厅”等。
