• Participate in the product development and problem resolution processes as a contributor of technical information about the products using CAE tools.
• 使用CAE工具，从技术角度参与产品的开发和质量问题的解决；
• Modify CAD models of parts and assemblies in preparation for CAE.
• 能够使用CAD软件修改几何和装配零件；
• Ability to validate CAE results by conducting physical tests in lab.
• 能够导入测试，来验证CAE分析结果的准确性；
• Present FEA results, propose design changes, and communicate recommended solutions to project management teams.
• 向项目管理工程师展示FEA结果和修改方案，并与之讨论可行性；
• Leading housing modification & optimization per NVH engineer’s proposals.
• 与NVH工程师一起讨论壳体修改方案，并做优化；
• Work effectively within a team to develop and improve CAE methods.
• 与团队成员一起思考和改进CAE分析方法；
• To meet the requirements of IATF16949 / ISO14001 in routine works.
• 所做工作需要满足IATF16949 / ISO14001的规范和要求；

任职资格：

• Engineering degree (industrial, electromechanical or mechanical) or equivalent by experience.
• 工学相关本科及以上学历；
• At least 3 - 5 year professional CAE experience.
• 至少3-5的CAE工作经历；
• Knowledge of CAE-tools Abaqus and Hyperworks.
• 能够使用Abaqus和Hyperworks；
• Theorical knowledge of NVH is an advantage.
• ***具备一定的NVH理论知识；
• Basic knowledge of CFD will be an advantage.
• 具备基本的计算流体力学知识优先；
• Thorough knowledge and experience in the field of mechanics, dynamics. (Preferably in an automotive environment).
• 对机械结构和动力学分析有丰富的理论背景和经验，尤其是汽车零部件相关领域；
