职位描述
工作职责:
? Responsible for the management of Trainers and Business Coaches in different worldwide customer service centers.
? Responsible for the management of new employees
training and coaching sections, conducted by Trainers and BCs, and keep the close cooperation with the customer service teams of various language lines to continuously output qualified employees in line with the job requirements for the team;
? Evaluate the effectiveness of training and coaching, optimize training and coaching SOP, improve the implementation process of training & coaching, and effectively improve the training quality;
? Comprehensive management of trainers & coaches, include but not limited to KPI conduction, supervision and goal achievement; and enhance their training skills through TTT;
? Collect, analyze and Implement training needs from worldwide customer service teams in different language lines. Efficiently distribute and allocate Trainers and BCs resources.
? Responsible for the skills development of employees, according to career promotion channels, make skills development plans, implement training, and training quality evaluation;
? Conduct training framework, including trainer & coach candidate screening system, and interview, training, development, etc.
? Complete other tasks and other training projects assigned by superior;
任职资格:
? Bachelor degree or above;
? Proficiency in English both verbal and written;
? 3 years of customer care center training management experience, and more than 1 year of traveling or internet industry relevant training experience is preferred;
? Project management experience or training experience in organizational behavior is preferred;
? Have good communication skills, executive and ability to work under pressure, serious and responsible work attitude, and have the spirit of cooperation.
