The recruitment consultant is responsible for candidate generation through networking and research. The recruiter works closely with the people leasing Senior manager, HR manager, or the client to define, develop, and implement recruiting strategies to provide a qualified talent pool for requisitions.

Responsibilities:

1. Build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients either in an on-site or off-site environment;

2. Counsel & advise clients’ development through sourcing of the right talent;

3. Counsel & advise candidates’ career progression & advancement;

4. Develop & implement sourcing strategy & channels to build relevant talent pools;

5. Intensive & careful search for suitable candidates, which includes their identification, assessment and presentation against client requirements, within our database and in the market;

6. Manage the client-candidate meeting process through interview to offer stage and beyond;

7. Dealing with data analysis, optimize the recruitment channels and the recruitment process.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years recruitment experience in corporate, RPO or agency environment;

2. Strong knowledge and resources in campus or high volume recruiting;

3. Computer proficiency is essential and versed in writing and oral English;

4. Excellent communication skills and willing to work stably with a high-performance team;

5. Energetic self-starter, focused and dedicated, energetic with good attitude, willing to work under pressure.
