职位描述
1、负责写字楼/商场所有强电设施维修保养和清洁卫生,如电箱、电机、电灯、电缆、电梯等,强电工必须遵照电业安全规程,安全作业；
2、负责写字楼/商场的弱电线路、消防控制设备、多媒体设备、电话、门禁等设备的检修保养；
3、负责写字楼/商场的空调、冷暖送风、排风系统设备的修为保养,冷冻机组运行,确保空调系统的正常运行；
4、负责辖区内关于木、瓦、水、电、焊等方面的小修小补；
职位要求：
1、 20-55周岁之间；
2、空调工须持《制冷与空调作业》空调上岗证，强电工须持有高压证 ， 低压证书;
3、具有1年及以上写字楼/商场/小区物业相关工作经验的；
4、具有一定能抗压能力及吃苦耐劳精神；
5、良好的团队合作精神。
