Key Responsibilities:

1.      Responsible for designing new products of recombinant protein, such as cytokines, growth factors, immune checkpoints, enzymes, and et al.;

2.      Responsible for the design of protein’s bioactivity test;

3.      Collaborate with the commercial team including Marketing and Sales for product development and technical consulting;

4.      Serve as project team leader, manage project progress and timeline, and provide regular updates;

5.      Work effectively through internal cross-functional team collaboration, including QA, Legal, Discovery and Manufacture;

6.      Participate in the educational instruction of employees.

Qualifications:

1.      Ph. D degree, in molecular biology, or related fields;

2.      Deep understanding and hands-on experience in the expression and purification of recombinant protein;

3.      Basic understanding in immunology; familiar with the application of cytokines;

4.      Basic knowledge and hands-on experience in a variety of biological assays such as Flow cytometry (FCM), Western blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA);

5.      A strong ability of presentation and data analyzing; Scientific skills in troubleshooting;

6.      Strong learning skills to follow innovative technologies;

7.      Experience with team-based collaborations; highly motivated and target driven; good time management and organizational skills;

8.      Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese.
