职位描述

Responsibilities:

A. Employee Relationship 员工关系

-Independently deal with employee onboard and exit, including but not limited to Social Insurance and Housing Fund, labor contracts related documents, new employee induction, exit interview or dismissal negotiation.
-
独立完成入离职的事务,包括但不限于社保和公积金处理,劳动合同相关文件的签订,新员工入职培训,离职面谈或解除协商。

-Daily employee care, including but not limited to kinds of employee certificates, policy inquiry and etc.
-
日常员工关怀,包括但不限于各种类型的员工证明,例如在职证明收入证明,政策方面的咨询以及其他。

-Closely work with business team and provide timely and proper support.
-
业务部门紧密合作,提供及时且恰当的支持。

-Routine HR reports re business area you support, including but not limited to HC changes, exit information and any other ad-hoc reports.
-
所支持的业务部门相关的HR报告,包括但不限于人员数量的变化,离职信息记录,以及其他可能的临时报告。


B. Payroll &Reporting 薪酬&报表

-Collect monthly timesheets and check the data to make sure the correctly. Record and maintain the leave balance.
-
每月考勤信息的收集,检查核对考勤数据,维护并更新请假记录表

-Do the satisfied survey when consultants' anniversary is coming, and send the report to the person in charge.
-
对满周年的员工进行满意度调查,整理并发送相关报告给负责人

-Collect the data for monthly payroll, such as the amount of Social Insurance and House Fund. Finish the payroll calculation and declare the IIT in time.
-
整理薪资相关数据,例如社保和公积金费用;按时完成每月薪资计算和相关个税申报

-Responsible to answer the questions from consultant relative the timesheet record, policy, payroll and IIT.
-
负责解答员工关于考勤、政策和薪资方面的疑问


C. Others 其他

-Responsible for the recruitment of office staff.

-负责办公室员工的招聘。

-Other ad-hoc tasks.

-其他临时的工作任务。



Qualifications:

-College degree or above in related discipline.

-大专及以上相关专业学历

-> 5 years working experience in HR general area including payroll function, employee management, etc.

-5HR相关工作经验,包括薪资计算、员工关系等

-Be familiar with Chinese labor law, and national & local HR policy, rules and regulation.

-熟悉中国劳动法、国家及地方的人事政策及法律法规

-English proficient in written, able to deliver report in English.

-英语书面精通,能用英语撰写报告

-Good computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel and PPT

-良好的计算机技能,特别是ExcelPPT

-Good data quality and analytical ability.

-良好的数据分析能力

-Able to effectively support HR team & Business.

-及时有效的处理HR部门的事物

-Manages own time effectively, can handling multiple demands and be flexible.

-良好的时间管理能力,可以灵活处理多重任务
