Main Responsibilities:
?Identify the tax planning opportunities and assist with the implementation of various tax plans.
?Assist with preparation of the quarterly and annual tax provision for the US report.
?Lead the tax specialist to maintain routine tax duty, including Value Added Tax and Surcharges, Corporate Income Tax, Stamp Duty, Fapiao management, etc. Ensure the accuracy and timely submission of tax filing data to tax authorities.
?Maintain and develop good relationship with Shanghai tax bureaus and other governmental institutions, deal with daily inquiries raised by tax officers.
?Provide tax analysis and advices to support business, streamline business operation.
?Ensure tax control policies and processes in place to mitigate tax risk exposures of the company.
?Coordinate the external and internal resources to complete annual transfer pricing report and manage transfer pricing risk.
?Be proactive team player and have flexible attitude as the team further expands to take on additional roles and responsibilities.
职位要求：
Skills required:
?Bachelor or above, major in Finance/Accounting/Tax, or equivalent.
?Minimum 8+ years’ working experience in tax function, preferably someone with similar exposure in pharmaceutical industry, experience in big 4 would be highly preferred.
?Proven problem-solving capabilities including creativity and analytical skills.
?Extensive knowledge of China tax, CPA or CTA qualification is a plus.
?Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
