The Product Analyst will be the subject matter expert while concentrating on executing the long-term product strategy and partner with engineering teams to define, deliver and support a great product that our clients will love.

● Be the subject matter expert by evangelizing and supporting the product both internally and externally.

● Own, define and document the product requirements to deliver the product roadmap by collaborating with customers and internal teams to align on needs and priorities.

● Responsible for maintaining of the product backlog which includes:

   ○ Defining Epics that align with the Features in the Product Roadmap

   ○ User Story breakdown along with the required Acceptance Criteria

   ○ Bug triage and defining the needed steps to reproduce

   ○ Stack ranking product backlog items in order to provide a clear priority

● Leading Backlog Refinement sessions, Sprint Planning meetings and Sprint Review presentations.

● Attending and actively participating in Daily Stand-ups and Sprint Retrospectives.

● Collaborate with Product R&D teams and with Product UI/UX teams to ensure enhancements are designed and delivered according to product requirements and company standards.

● Obtain a deep understanding of the customer journey by identifying and filling product gaps and generating new ideas to drive greater product adoption.

● Define, track and monitor product adoption metrics.

● Analyze and organize customer feedback to present to product leadership in order to enable improvements in product adoption.

● Partner with product operation teams to deliver necessary training and supporting documents.

● Proficient with Google suite of products (Gmail, Docs, Slides & Sheets).

● Proficient with Atlassian suite of products (Jira, Confluence & Bitbucket).

● Intermediate understanding of API development and the supporting tools, such as Postman.

● Ability to use and/or learn wireframe tools, such as Balsamiq.

● Ability to use and/or learn product analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.

● MS/BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred

● 2+ years of software product development experience

● 2+ years of Agile Software Development Methodology experience

● 1+ years of business analysis and requirement management experience

● Using data analysis in decision making processes

● Quickly learn and become knowledgeable in complex business problems

● Applying analytical thinking to develop creative problem resolutions

● Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle

● Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

● Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)

● Strong English speaking and writing skills is required.
