Objectives of the Position
- Analysis samples and take part in trouble shooting
- Customer service
？Main Tasks？
- According to working instruction, run chemical and surface analysis and test by following the supervisor's arrangement, report any specific deviation finding to the supervisor in order to ensure the correct test and the quality
- Prepare the test results daily, identify the problems and report to supervisor any unusual findings
- Take part in the trouble shooting in the defect sample
- Cooperate with other departments to complete the sample analysis
- Closely cooperation with online service staff and help identify the online defect.
- Do the best customer service and can catch up, filter and promote the needs of the customer
- Solving all problems together with online staff, lab and other sources
- Be responsible for housekeeping in work area. Follow up and obey the company's EHS guidelines
？Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Positio？n？
- Education: Bachelor in chemistry
- Working Experience: above 1 year
- Technical & Professional Knowledge: coating knowledge, customer technical support background
