Client responsibilitiesAssume formal account responsibilities for Chinese and MNC accounts and build long-term client relationships and networks in these accountsTake lead delivery responsibility for big scale programs /projects within the Supply Chain & Operations domain, with strong emphasis on building the capacity of the local PI teamHelp generate new business opportunitiesUnderstand all Ernst & Young service offerings and actively identify opportunities to better serve clientsBuild strong internal relationships within Ernst & Young Advisory and with other services across the organization People responsibilitiesRecruit new Supply Chain & Operations professionals into the practice driving an “apprenticeship” modelEffectively build, manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgroundFoster an innovative and inclusive work environmentConduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for all levels of staffMaintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills of all levels of staffUnderstand and follow workplace policies and procedures and communicate these to all levels of staff Technical skills requirementsIn-depth knowledge and experience in Supply Chain and Operations, ideally with specialization in one or more of the following:Supply Chain Planning & LogisticsManufacturingProcurementProven knowledge and experience in one or more of the following priority industry sectors:Chemical High-Tech Consumer Goods& RetailHealthcare & life sciencesManufacturing& automobile RequirementsRecognized university Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 8 years' working experience, preferably with 5+ years in a business consulting role with a leading consultancy organization. Demonstrate at least one supply chain management core domain knowledge/experience, including but not limited to supply chain management planning, inventory management, manufacturing and procurement;Good knowledge of key Supply Chain & Operations technology platforms (i.e. SAP)Strong client service orientation, with an ability to generate commercial insights and adapt method and practices to meet clients' needs;Proven capabilities in managing large-scale business transformation projects and programs;Ability to establish personal credibility quickly and demonstrate expertise;Ability to create a positive learning culture, coach and develop team members;Excellent command of written and spoken English;Travel is required.
