一、Key Responsibilities 主要职责

1. Responsible for mechanical requirement analysis of EV traction inverter.

1、负责新能源汽车电机控制器的机械设计需求分析；

2. Responsible for detailed design of mechnical parts of inverter (including 3D and 2D drawings), and creating BOM, specification and related technical documents

2、负责电机控制器机械件的详细设计（包括3D和2D图纸），并制定BOM、技术规范等技术文件；

3. Responsible for following up the status of samples and technical exchange with suppliers

3、负责跟进样件、与供应商进行技术交流；

4. Cooperate with electrical engineer to complete the design, optimize and verify works of inverter

4、配合电气工程师完成电机控制器的设计、优化和验证；

 5. Responsible for solving problems fed back by procurement and sales, and performing analysis and optimization

5、负责跟踪解决采购、销售反馈的结构类问题，并进行分析、优化；

6. Responsible for research of advanced structures and processes for inverter

6、负责电机控制器新结构、新工艺研究；

7. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders

7、完成领导交办的其他工作

二、Qualifications 任职资格

1、Bachelor degree or above. Major in Mechanical design, Vehicle Engineering related major

本科及以上学历，机械设计、车辆相关专业

2、Automotive field, at least 5 years’ experience in customer/production/material planning

  汽车行业，  在客户/生产/物料计划方面至少5年及以上的经验

3. Good understanding of mechanical design, engineering material, manufacturing process, tolerance analysis, etc.

掌握机械设计、工程材料、加工工艺、公差设计等基础理论
