1. Position Prerequisites 职位要求

Education教育: BS in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry preferred.  MS degree is beneficial.

Experience经验: 5 + years in quality assurance and/or quality control in chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or personal care. Experience in cGMP is required. Experience in a multinational company is preferred.

Skills 技能:   Excellent command of English in listening, speaking and writing

Good command of computer software (Power point, Excel, Word)

SAP knowledge is beneficial

Quality Management Knowledge: Understand ISO, GMP and 6 sigma statistical tools (DOE, Control Charts, Root Cause Analysis, Variance, Process Mapping, etc ….)

1. Major Accountabilities 主要职责

Taking overall responsibility of the following areas 主要担负以下职责:

·    Ensure finish product quality consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements. 

·    Ensure capability of raw material, test methods, and manufacturing process to achieve finish product consistency.

·    Ensure all aspects of work are performed consistently with ISO9001, Excipient/Personal Care GMP and Ashland guidelines.

·    Act as a positive change agent in improvement of quality and work process by leading plants and division level quality improvement projects.

·    Act as a customer advocate by properly managing changes (MOC agent).

·    Ensure Ashland’s quality employees are treated fairly and ensure people development within is group.

·    Serve as the plant representative for customer complaints, customer request and customer improvement projects.

·    Develop appropriate measurement and reporting of key quality metrics to help the ongoing alignment of organizational goals for quality performance, consistency, customer satisfaction, and sales growth.

·    Jointly with the technology group, review and update all product specifications to current industry expectations and analytical methodology.

·         Other tasks assigned by superiors.
