职位描述
岗位职责：
- 负责处理销售数据的统计与分析、跨部门沟通等销售支持工作；
- 通过日常服务提高渠道对公司的认可，提升渠道满意度，包括中外资银行、第三方代销渠道等；
- 代表部门参加与集团业务（北上基金营销推广等）相关的跨地域、跨市场沟通会并以英语口头汇报或书面提交相关会议材料；
- 完成上级下达的基金销售任务（第三方代销渠道为主），包括新基金发行、定投及持续营销、年度基金保有量等；
- 协助维护与代销渠道的合作关系及新渠道开拓，跟进商务谈判、协议签署、营销方案制定、活动推广及双方尽调等工作；
- 配合公司在渠道相关媒体的宣传工作，保持内、外部沟通，提升公司品牌在市场上的知名度和美誉度；
- 完成部门负责人交办的其它工作。
任职要求：
- 金融相关专业本科以上学历，具有证券/基金从业资格、金融理财师资格者优先；
- 具备丰富的金融理财专业知识，熟悉基金等理财产品的目标客户、销售渠道和工作流程；
- 金融行业两年以上市场营销经验，有公募基金、第三方代销或财富管理的背景更佳；
- 熟练掌握各种办公软件，具备高效的数据处理、分析和PPT制作能力，可流利使用英语为工作语言；
- 具备良好的沟通技巧及培训、演讲技能，形象专业、稳重；
- 有良好的人际交往能力和服务意识，注重团队合作；
- 工作积极主动，有较强的执行力和自我激励，能够承受压力。
